1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use refer to the Jordan Fashion Week (JFW) web platform located at www.jordanfashionweekofficial.com, any subdomains of www.jordanfashionweekofficial.com, and any related microsites or websites operated by the Jordan Fashion Week.
By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you and you agree to be bound by any such changes in your subsequent use of the Site.
The agreement between you and JFW formed on the basis of these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) shall terminate immediately if you breach these Terms of Use. JFW reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. The termination of this Agreement or your right to use the Site is without prejudice to any rights which the JFW may have against you in respect of such breach.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on the Site (the “Materials”) – including but not limited to text, video, data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images – are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and must not be used for any purpose other than educational, informational and non-commercial viewing purposes.
You may download and print information from the Site for your own personal use only.
The Materials contained in the Site are either owned by Jordan Fashion Week or have been licensed by the partners or sponsors of the JFW for inclusion within the Site.
JFW would like to hear from any intellectual property rights owners who are not properly identified on the Site so that we may make the necessary corrections and display the appropriate notices.
3. Disclaimers
This Site contains material which may be unsuitable for people under the age of 18. The Jordan Fashion Week (JFW) bears no responsibility for people under the age of 18 viewing unsuitable material on this Site.
This Site may contain material which some people may find offensive. JFW would like to stress that it has no intention of causing any offense and suggests that people who find material contained on the Site offensive should either not view the material in question or should not visit the Site. JFW bears no responsibility for any offense that may be caused by people viewing the Site.
JFW makes no promise that the Site will meet your requirements or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
JFW may discontinue and will modify and update the Site from time to time with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party
Due to the nature of the internet and the fact that your access to the Site involves features outside the JFW’s control, the JFW is not responsible for technical problems you may experience with the Site. The Site is provided by JFW without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.
You understand and agree that JFW does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in or provided in connection with the Site. JFW is not responsible for the results obtained from the use of such information from the Site.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that JFW will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to your use of the Site.
As a convenience to users of the Site, the Site includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. JFW is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages outside the Site.
4. General
Jordan law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance shall be Jordan.
JFW makes no warranty or guarantee that the Site or information available over it complies with laws other than those of Jordan.

Code of Conduct
Jordan Fashion Week (JFW) is the sole organizer of JFW trade events in Jordan. Visitors are required to maintain a professional, dignified and appropriate manner.
Valid passes and badges must be displayed and produced on request and the JFW staff reserve the right to decline entry, remove any persons from the site and withhold any passes to gain future entry. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
– Any type of guerrilla marketing
– Obstruction of accredited photographers
– Photography of any product within the exhibition without permission from individual exhibitors
– Disruption of shows and/ or events
– Gaining entry by using someone else’s pass
Tickets to shows, events and presentations are issued by the organizers and designers, please contact them directly. Visitors must adhere to instructions given by both JFW staff and external designer PRs. Please note that all passes distributed by JFW do not guarantee entry and access to any catwalk show, event or presentation held on site or by the JFW and its partners.
Any conduct deemed unprofessional or disruptive by JFW may result in removal from site.
Upon entry to each event, visitors will be deemed to have accepted this code of conduct.
